I had forgotten about this video from a few years back of Pepper, the world’s fastest Bagger breaking the world record down under.  Bike is mostly stock with a few Screaming Eagle performance bits, and a Burns NhB Twin Cam exhaust. It was fun working with Dan Lesnock and his crew.  I thought it would be good to memorialize it here.

Stepped headers are often better for broadening the power band and improving exhaust tuning, but they are not always the right choice. Primary diameter, collector size, exhaust port size, engine combination, and vehicle use determine whether a straight or stepped header will perform best.
