Shipping policy

Burns Stainless ships orders primarily through UPS. In some cases, we may also use USPS depending on the product, package size, destination, and available shipping options.

Order Processing

In-stock items normally ship within 1 business day. However, availability may vary depending on product type, current inventory, production schedule, and order volume.

If timing is critical, please contact us before placing your order to verify stock availability and estimated ship time.

Shipping Times

For domestic U.S. orders, UPS Ground shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Long Package Shipments

Some Burns Stainless products, including tubing and fabrication components, may require longer packaging.

UPS has a maximum shipment length of 8 feet. Packages longer than 6 feet may be subject to an additional carrier surcharge. Any applicable shipping charges or surcharges will be reflected during checkout or communicated before shipment when needed.

Shipping Carriers

We predominantly use UPS for order shipments. USPS may be used for smaller packages or when it is the most appropriate shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Custom, Built-to-Order, or Special-Order Items

Some products may require additional production or preparation time before shipment. If an item is not currently in stock or requires custom work, our team will communicate any relevant timing details when possible.

Optional Shipping Protection

Burns Stainless offers Diamond Standard Shipping Protection as an optional service that can be added from the shopping cart before completing your purchase.
