Introducing the Burns Stainless Mk1 Exhaust System
For years, the Burns Stainless “No-Holds Barred” (NhB) exhaust systems have set the benchmark for serious V-Twin racers, builders, and tuners—delivering proven performance in builds pushing well beyond 200 horsepower. But not every rider is building a fire-breathing monster. Many have asked for a system that keeps the Burns Stainless performance DNA intact, but is better suited for more moderate engine builds.

Meet the Mk1 Exhaust Series—our newest system purpose-built for M8 touring bikes. The Mk1 delivers race-bred design in a more streamlined package, engineered for riders who want top-tier performance and premium craftsmanship, without going over the top.
The Mk1 is a 2-step system that starts with 2” primary tubes at the exhaust ports, transitioning to 2-1/8” into our signature Burns 2-1 merge collector. Exhaust exits through a 2-1/2” reverse cone megaphone muffler, giving the system a distinct tone and clean power delivery across the rev range.
Every Mk1 system includes an 18mm O2 bung for wideband tuning and an adapter for factory 12mm sensors—making it easy to dial in performance on stock or modified bikes.
