I got the NhB exhaust over a month ago and absolutely love it. I didn't really think much about the heat shield, but after melting my jeans on my new exhaust, I ordered one, and now I no longer have to worry about burning my jeans or my leg on the exhaust.
I’m very impressed with Burns 2 into 1 VST Megaphone run smoothly and wake up my bike between 3-6000 RPM. The sound is amazing like a big muscle car with a big block. The engineering in that exhaust is magic more free with no back pressure going in. The quality excellent expensive but worth it. Just feeling more heat on the right side of my leg need more heat shield the small one is not enough. Need to put on the Dyno for tuning and see the gain.
The quality of the exhaust is second to none. Fitment is perfect and clean. Believe it or not but it sounds even better than it looks and the butt dyno definitely feels an increase in performance which the dyno will verify shortly.
The exhaust completely changed the character of my 128 stage IV built. The golden hue after burn in is beautiful. The welding and craftsmanship is bar none.
Received my NHB exhaust and IMMEDIATELY took off from work to install it on my 21 Road Glide Special. I had my bike tuned with a Sawicki Speed shorty, so tuning was a bit off for the full length. Got my bike tuned and the difference is astounding. Stock was 88hp and 111tq. Tuned with the short pipe, 475 cam and intake was 115 and 124tq. Returned with the Burns Stainless and it is 111hp and 139tq. This exhaust made a HUGE difference in top end. I love it!!!
After years I returned again to Burns Stainless for an exhaust design, this time for our historic Ford Capri racing car. Thanks again for the detailed design proposal tailored to our specific requirements.

Bought the NhB due to I know they do the math when designing exhaust.. I have used Burns in Drag racing. So they were my first choice .. Very impressed.
